Piccolino sources all its beef from Dinmore Manor in North Herefordshire where they know the farmer by name, and know the cows are being treated well (they're reared according to the standards of Assured British Meat). Piccolino has an in-house master butcher to make the most of the meat – preparing it into big, thick cuts perfect for traditional roasting. It's some of the tastiest British beef you can get.
